Works better overnight than most dry mouth products I’ve tried. Pleasant taste! I also use the spray, but the gel lasts longer and keeps my mouth comfortable while I sleep.

I have Sjögrens disease which causes severe dry mouth, especially at night. I was getting a lot of cavities, so I tried this gel and another brand. This is far superior. Has a pleasant taste and the consistency makes the moisture last through the night. Highly recommend!
This dry mouth product is easy to use and taste is good.
I use this at bedtime w/ my CPAP. Works well for the fist few hours and then my mouth is dry again.
I found this product hard to get from tube to mouth, and slightly goopie. but once you get it in your mouth its O K

love this gel. I can open a tube and put a modest droplet of gel in my mouth whilst half asleep. I get complete relief of dry mouth without even waking up. I am a back sleeper which means the mouth falls open while sleeping. I had the spray before but it seemed to dry up faster than I liked. Great product.
I received radiation treatments which damaged my salivary glands. I’ve been told by multiple dentists that my mouth is the driest they’ve ever seen. It’s caused all kinds of dental issues for me and, unfortunately, my mouth is so dry that I get a thrush type infection at least once a month. Extremely painful! It is imperative that I keep my mouth as moist as possible. I used to use Biotene mouth gel religiously, however, ever since the pandemic, as I’ve seen with so many other products that are necessary for one’s health and comfort, it has become increasingly difficult to find Biotene and when you do find it, the prices are ridiculous! It took me a little while to get used to the consistency of this product. It’s much thicker than the biotene gel. And it’s a mild mint flavor which is very uncomfortable for anyone suffering from severe dry mouth. I really don’t understand why people who manufacture or create products for dry mouth don’t do enough research to be aware of the fact that our super dry mouths are very sensitive and we can’t use mint flavored products! Mint flavor burns! I can’t even use adult toothpaste anymore. They are ALL mint flavored. I now have to use children’s fruit flavored toothpastes as the adult mint flavored toothpaste burns my mouth terribly. Unfortunately, this product does have a mild mint flavor so it does burn my tongue initially but, thankfully, the burning dissipates after about a minute and once the burning stops, this product actually seems to work better than the Biotene gel. I believe that even if Biotene became more readily available at a reasonable price, I would still use THIS product instead. And you get 2 tubes per box for a fairly reasonable price. I’m so glad I found it!

Tried to use for my lips. Worked OK but a little thick. I like the Biotene version better. It seems more moisturizing.
The first time I was given this it was for my issues with sleep apnea before I got treated by a Sleep Medicine doctor. With the sleep apnea dry mouth was a huge issue, and was very uncomfortable. This stuff is great! It really helps keep the dry mouth at bay and it has a nice sweet flavor that makes it pleasant to use.When my mom was taking care of my grandma who had dementia, she kept saying how my grandma was having issues with dry mouth and not getting enough hydration. I immediately went onto Amazon and ordered this for my mom to use with my grandma. She was really happy with the results, and even the hospice nurses thought it was a great idea and praised my mom for using it.I would caution keeping it away from anywhere a dog could potentially get it, because xylitol is very toxic to dogs.
I have dry mouth at night thanks to all the medications I take. I have tried spray, toothpaste, and rinses. They do work but don't last very long.This stuff helps and seems to linger until I fall asleep. It helps me sleep deeper and have a better quality of sleep.I plan on continuing to use this.
I was troubled with a dry mouth at night and would often wake up because of it. My dentist recommended this and it works very well. I wake up less often and I am more comfortable when I sleep. It is easy to use and unobtrusive.
If f you have to wear a bite guard at night, this gel is helpful.
this gel works better than all the others, but I kept reading from customers that they had a hard time applying it into the mouth.from the first use I automatically used a toothbrush to apply it to the teeth and gums.I never had a similar problem.SO EASY.

I have trouble with dry mouth from my CPAP. A bit of this before bed helps a lot. It doesn't last all night but a quick touch-up with this or the spray helps. I like the mild mild flavor. The only problem I have had is when I accidentally take too much (in my dimly lit room). I gag easily and have to spit it out. But that's my fault, not the product's. I'm a repeat buyer.
Tried it last night it did the job.. also I didn’t realize the 2 tubes were in one box.
Have found that this product is effective for use for my dry mouth, especially for night time usage. Have reordered several times and plan to keep using. Have recommended this to my dental hygienist

The longest lasting substitute for Oragel that I've found
I have severe dry mouth, due to medications and facial paralysis on one side. This gel definitely helps. The taste is fine to me, but the texture is challenging, hence only three stars. I use a smaller amount than the directions suggest because of the texture. A .5 inch strip of it on my tongue made me gag a little, so I cut it to appx .25 of an inch. If you have a lot of trouble with dry mouth, I recommend trying this.
I've tried just about all the dry mouth gels out there. Previously used the Big name one for many years until they changed formula and ruined it.I've also tried the round hard compressed ones thst stick to your gumline but my older thinner skin didn't appreciate the rough texture and it made my mouth water too much, even when I've taken the lozenge out of my mouth.Sprays don't last at night with C-pap air drying out your mouth constantly. After so many unsuccessful attemps with other brands I finally tried All Day dry mouth gel and it's the best by far. Good taste just slightly sweet not overpowering or irritating like some are. Thick enough to last but not slimy. With C-pap use mouth gets very dry all through the night, but this All Day Gel works for at least several hours for me.Best one I've found highly recommended.
I had been getting Biotene on the advice of the dental tech in my orthodontist's office. She suggested using this at night when I use my Invisalign retainers. At first I didn't like the All Day gel because it was goopier than the Biotene, but I quickly realized that it works much better and sticks around longer. I will continue to use this. (Plus it's cheaper than Biotene.)
